Vancouver Condominium Services offers the following services to
its clients who enroll in their general, or full management services
program:
- attend council meetings and one (1) general meeting
- transcribe minutes and circulate to the owners within 72 hours
- attend the strata corporation as necessary, note and record
any problems; take action as necessary
- supervise and direct employees if applicable
- arrange for contractors and service people as required
- receive and respond to all owner correspondence
- as instructed by council, arrange for review of bylaws as may
be necessary
- ensure that bylaws and rules are adhered to by the owners as
far as possible
- provide all financial management services as described in the
financial services page
- maintain a 24-hour (emergency) answering service
- provide interpretation and assistance with the Strata Property
Act, its regulations and amendments, and generally accepted practices
throughout the BC Condominium industry (this does not purport
to offer legal advice)
