Through our partnerships with local financial institutions, Vancouver Condominium Services is pleased to offer clients the option of paying strata related charges such as strata fees and special levies via Online Banking.

If you would like to use our Online Banking facilities please complete and submit the registration form below. VCS will then send you a letter advising you of your VCS Online Banking Registration Code. You will then use your VCS Online Banking Registration Code when making payments. Please keep a record of your VCS Online Banking Registration Code for future reference.

NOTE: For owners who own multiple units you will need to request a separate VCS Online Banking Registration Code for each unit. When making payments be sure to use the correct VCS Online Banking Registration Code for the unit you wish to make payment for.

Once you receive your VCS Online Banking Registration Code follow these simple steps:

1. Go to the bill payment page of the financial institution you will be making payment from.
   
   
2. Set up “VANCOUVER CONDOMINIUM SERVICES LTD.” as a vendor. If you do not see “VANCOUVER CONDOMINIUM SERVICES LTD.” Please contact your financial institution and ask that they set up “VANCOUVER CONDOMINIUM SERVICES LTD.” as a valid vendor.
   
   
3. Make payment by keying in the amount you wish to pay and your VCS Online Banking Registration Code.
   
   PLEASE NOTE THAT FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS DO NOT TRANSFER THE FUNDS IMMEDIATELY. PROCESSING OF THE TRANSFER MAY TAKE UP TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS. IN ORDER TO AVOID POSSIBLE FINES, PAYMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED AT LEAST 5 BUSINESS DAYS BEFORE THE DUE DATE.
   
   
4. Print and keep a copy of your confirmation number for your records.

PLEASE NOTE THAT IN ADDITION TO ONLINE BANKING SERVICES, VANCOUVER CONDOMINIUM SERVICES ALSO OFFERS A PRE-AUTHORIZED PAYMENT PROGRAM THAT ALLOWS YOU TO PAY STRATA FEES THROUGH PRE-AUTHORIZED PAYMENTS FROM YOUR BANK. THIS EASY TO USE OPTION IS THE SIMPLEST WAY TO ENSURE THAT YOUR STRATA FEE PAYMENTS ARE MADE ACCORDING TO THE CORRECT MONTHLY SCHEDULE.
