Owner Form F Request for Family Transfer

OWNER DECLARATION

It is our policy to maintain the privacy of all Owners and accordingly, we do not release any documents to individuals who are not Owners, or who do not have the explicit consent of an owner to obtain documents pertaining to a specific strata or suite.

The following form is for OWNERS ONLY. If you are not an owner, but require documents, please see the Document Request form for Realtors.

Before proceeding to complete the form, you MUST read the following declaration, and then indicate whether or not you Agree or Disagree.

The cost for a Form F is $15.75 (GST included).

Your documents will be available in 7 days (requests sent after 2pm are not received until the next day). If you require them earlier, an additional fee for rush service will apply as follows (fees include GST):

  1-2 days: additional $131.25
  3-4 days: additional $105.00
  5-6 days: additional $52.50

Your Form F will only be issued if your account is paid up-to-date fully. VCS will contact you if additional payment is required in order to bring your account up-to-date.

Please note that payment for the Form F has to be made either by cash or cheque, and documents will only be released when payment has been made in full.

Your Form F can be picked up from our Accounting Receptionist located at Suite 400, 1281 West Georgia Street, Vancouver.
