Linda Van Os, President
Mrs. Van Os has been with VCS since 1987 and held a wide variety
of administrative positions before joining the company. Linda's
broad background enables her to coordinate virtually all aspects
of the corporate structure of VCS, including human resources as
well as the client structure.
Jane Teghararian, Vice President of
Finance
Mrs. Teghararian is a Certified General Accountant and has the
important role of overseeing the Accounting Department. She exercises
the necessary controls and checks on all client funds, oversees
the day-to-day workflow in the accounting department, and oversees
a staff of seventeen. As a CGA, Jane is qualified to professionally
assist the strata property agents and our clients in all technical
accounting matters.
Ed Janzen, Accounting
Department Manager
Mr. Janzen comes to us with extensive public practice and financial
administrative experience having run his own public practice firm
for 14 years. The diversity of his clientele and his various areas
of expertise have given him a multi-faceted base that serve our
varied and unique stratas well. Ed has been responsible for overseeing
and developing the various accounting and information systems
of VCS, compliance with RESA legislation and now manages our Accounting
Department.
Lyn Campbell,
Vice President of Property Management Administration
Ms. Campbell has been employed by VCS for seven years and is
responsible for a major portfolio of accounts. Her skills in administration
are also utilized by VCS to design, implement and supervise proper
systems to ensure that basic client property requirements are
scheduled.
Cory Pettersen,
Vice President of Property Management
Prior to assuming the role of Vice President in 2005, Mr. Pettersen
had been employed by VCS as a strata agent for six years. In addition
to being responsible for a major portfolio of accounts, Cory supervises
and directs the day to day activities of approximately 20 strata
property agents. Cory takes pride in the high level of customer
service that is a hallmark of Van Condo and has taken on a leadership
role with respect to recruiting, training, and the continuing
education of both our staff and our clients.
Sean Cornish, Vice President of
Property Management
Sean Cornish joined VCS as a strata agent in 2003 and assumed
the role of Vice President in February, 2007. With Mr. Pettersen,
Mr. Cornish supervises and directs the day to day activities of
over 20 strata agents.
Jason Kurtz, Agent Supervising
Manager
Mr. Kurtz began his employment with VCS as a strata agent in
2005 and manages a full portfolio of accounts. In addition to
his role as strata agent for key accounts, Mr. Kurtz is actively
involved in the supervision of strata agents and also plays a
role in management of the information technology (IT) infrastructure
and internal systems at VCS.
Senior Strata Agents
Our Senior Strata Agents have more than 35 years of combined experience
with VCS. These individuals have extensive experience in the condominium
strata management field and proven managerial experience. Our
team of Senior Strata Agents are responsible for a portfolio of
accounts and act in a supervisory and advisory role to other strata
agents.
